Qualification
- Junior Secretariat Assistant – 10+2/XII or its equivalent and proficiency in computer type speed and in using computer as per the prescribed norms fixed by DOPT from time to time.
- Junior Stenographer – 10+2/XII or its equivalent and proficiency in stenography as per the prescribed norms fixed by DOPT from time to time

Selection Process
- Written Examination (CBT) – Objective type questions covering reasoning, general awareness, and English language.
- Proficiency Test –
- Junior Secretariat Assistant: Computer typing test (English @ 35 w. p. m. or Hindi @ 30 w. p. m.).
- Junior Stenographer: Stenographer test (dictation at 80 w. p. m. with transcription time based on language).
- Final Merit List – Based on CBT performance, with the proficiency test being qualifying in nature.

- Latest Photograph (Size: 10 kb to 200 kb) The candidates should ensure that the photograph captured is clear, without cap or spectacles/goggles, and with full frontal view. (Application with blurred/fake/fabricated photograph shall be summarily rejected)
- Signature (with blue/black ink on plain White Paper), (Size: less than 04 kb to 30 kb)

- Keep the necessary details/documents ready to make Online Payment of the requisite application fee (Debit Card/Credit Card/Online Banking/UPI).
